WHO DO YOU REPERSENT?
I use to be a retail manager for a couple large corporation both fortune top 50. Now as a manager for these companies I had several responsibilities. Yet the one that always stood out as most important to me was the fact that I represented that company. These companies have spent millions of dollars and years of data and research on having policies to make sure the best experience was is had by the employees and consumers. They had put me in a position were what I said and did people looked to me whether it was customers or employee. See to the employee as their leader they worked how I worked they cared about things how I cared about it. I would see managers in other departments or at other stores who were lazy and didn’t care about the company and it reflected in the people under them and how the store preformed. With customers it is the same thing they don’t want to shop at a place where people don’t care and aren’t helpful. What ever the customer or employees see the manager do they think that’s how the company is and it may not be the truth but it’s what people see. That’s kind of the same things for those of us who follow Christ, claim to be Christians. See For those who are not believers, your are an ambassador, a representative of Jesus and for those that are they look to you lead them. So the question I ask you WHO DO YOU REPERSENT?
