W.O.D. 8/16/10

Today’s workout just might be one of my new fav’s. It was rather simple but I pushed myself hard, itĀ consistedĀ of just 2 things. 100m hill sprints and kettlebell swings.

  • 30 mins
  • 100m hill sprint
  • 12 kb swings
  • walk back down repeat

Wow. It's Quiet Here...
