  • Squat 3 x 10 2×5
  • Bench Press 3 x10 2×5
  • Dead lift 3 x10 2 x5
  • Dumbbell Shoulder press 3 x10 2 x5
  • Pull ups 5 x12

part 2 was 15 secs on then 15 secs of for 4 mins

  • Sit ups
  • Mountain Climbers
