NASCAR weekend!

This past weekend I went to the NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway. It takes most people by surprise that I am a huge NASCAR fan. (I am pretty sure that is because I am black).When you’re at a place with almost 200,000 people you see all kinds of people.(makes for some interesting people watching) See there are all kinds of fans at race from diehard ones like myself all wearing the gear of their favorite drivers or just causal fans that enjoy going to the race. Some people actually show up the Monday before and camp out all week. (now that’s what I call some serious tailgating) when you first turn in from the highway to the track you see RV’s and tents for miles there is nothing like it. Seating at a race is reverse from you normal sporting event see the higher up your seats are the more they cost. I like to set down low close the track you can feel the cars as the go by.(and it cost less) There is nothing like being close to the action. Others prefer to set up higher where they can see the whole track. At a race you will meet all kinds of fans. See there is so much to do and see at a NASCAR race I tell everyone they should go at least once whether they are a fan or not it truly is a great experience.
