I'm Excited about 2010

I’m very excited about 2010. I know you don’t need a new year to start doing things better or different or even to make plans. Yet for me 2009 was a great year. I have an amazing wife 2 wonderful children and I am blessed to work at Lifechruc.tv as a youth pastor.

Yet as I look back at 09’ as great as it was, it wasn’t what it could have been. For me I know I could of spent more time in the reading my bible and praying  instead of watching TV, I could of spent more time outside running around with my kids instead of surfing the net. I could have spent more time reading a book to help improve in different area of my life then searching eBay auctions.  Yet I know all this comes down to discipline. Some times it’s just seems easier to something’s over others.

So for me in 2010 Discipline is what I am going to focus on. In every aspect of my life, see not for just myself but my children and my wife but most importantly for the God I serve. Who through his grace and mercy has done so much for me.

See I know that if I didn’t do anything different in 2010 then I did in 09’ I wouldn’t have a bad year. Yet I wouldn’t be doing all I could to live my life giving God glory in every way.

See I know it’s good to set goals and make New Year’s resolutions but what I’ve learned is without a plan to make them happen there pretty much not going to happen. So I’ve lined out projects and plans over the next year to help me. I look forward to sharing those with you in 2010. God Bless and I pray you have a great year!
