It takes time. It sucks! I hate it…all phrases we have heard before. Work is a four-letter word to some and yet for most it’s a huge part of life. Work to pay bills. Work to stay busy. Work to keep from having to do more work. Life is full of work.

I wonder what are we working  towards? What are we striving so hard for? In 1 Corinthians 9:25 Paul explains what we should be working towards “Athletes work hard to win a crown that cannot last, but we do it for a crown that will last forever” There are all kinds things to work for. Let us be reminded to put our effort in working towards those things that last.
