Growing up I was never a big reader. To be honest if I didn’t have to read I didn’t. Yet, over the past 2 years I’ve read at least 2 to 3 books a month. Recently I read “Transforming Church in Rural America” by Shannon O’Dell and I have to say it is definitely one of the most challenging books I have ever read.

You might be asking yourself, “What does ‘rural’ have to do with me? I don’t live in a rural area.” Well, neither do I. Let me just say, Shannon’s book is more than that. See, though that might be his focus, his content speaks to chasing your God sized dream not letting anything stop you from completeing the vision God has for you. The book is full of great idea wrapped in biblical truths so whether you’re a church planter, senior pastor, or new to following Jesus, “Transforming Church in Rural America” will have something for you. It will challenge and encourage you no matter where you live or where you are at in your walk with Christ.

Don’t just take my word for it see what others are saying about it.
