A Simple Way to Reproduce Leaders

Last week when I was At the Exponential Conference. One of the session I sat in on was Dave  Ferguson and Jon Ferguson. In it they were talking about reproducing leaders and they shared this simple yet effective way so I thought I would share it with you.

  1. I do        >   you watch  > we talk
  2. I do        >   you help     >    we talk
  3. You do  >   I help          >  we talk
  4. You do  >   I watch       > we talk
  5. You do  >   someone else watches

    I was at Exponential this year as well. Fantastic stuff. This is good stuff as well. Sounds a lot like what John Maxwell talks about in his leadership books. I love the formula though. Thanks for posting a reminder.
